2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler
Uygulamamız kapsamında işlenen kişisel veri kategorileri aşağıda belirtilmiştir. Tablodaki kayıtların çoğu yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve sunucularımızda tutulmaz; abonelik bilgileri, bağlantı bilgisi ve destek yazışmalarının nerede tutulduğu kendi satırlarında yazılıdır. İsteğe bağlı iCloud eşitlemesini açarsanız (varsayılan kapalı), yalnızca favori, ziyaret ve koleksiyon kayıtları kendi özel iCloud hesabınızda eşitlenir; geliştirici bu veriye erişemez. Gezi günlüğü (notlar, puanlar ve fotoğraflar), rotalar, arama geçmişi ve çevrimdışı paketler iCloud'a eşitlenmez. (Üçüncü taraflara iletilen veriler için bkz. Madde 5.)

Sağlık verisi dışında özel nitelikli kişisel veri (KVKK md. 6) işlenmez. Sağlık verisi yalnızca cihaz üzerinde okunur, kalıcı olarak saklanmaz ve hiçbir sunucuya iletilmez.

Toplama yöntemi: Kayıtlarınız (favoriler, ziyaretler, rotalar, gezi günlüğü, arama geçmişi), uygulamayı kullanırken girdiğiniz bilgilerle ve verdiğiniz cihaz izinleri (konum, kamera, mikrofon, sağlık, takvim) aracılığıyla otomatik yollarla cihazınızda oluşturulur. İçerik, harita, sürüm kontrolü ve abonelik istekleri uygulama tarafından otomatik elektronik yollarla ilgili hizmetlere iletilir. Destek yazışmaları, bize gönderdiğiniz e-posta ile elektronik yolla toplanır.
4. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesinin Hukuki Sebebi
Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK'nın 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen aşağıdaki hukuki sebepler kapsamında işlenmektedir:
- KVKK Madde 5/2(c) — Sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası için gerekli olma: Uygulamanın temel işlevlerinin (konum tabanlı keşif, rota oluşturma ve takibi, favori kaydetme, arama, takvime ekleme, tabela tarama, sesli arama) yerine getirilmesi, abonelik seçeneklerinin gösterilmesi ve satın aldığınız aboneliğin sağlanması bu kapsamda değerlendirilmektedir.
- KVKK Madde 5/2(f) — Meşru menfaat: Satın alımların doğrulanması ve geri yüklenmesi, abonelik ve satın alma istatistiklerinin toplu olarak görülmesi, desteklenen en düşük sürümün kontrolü ve destek taleplerinin yanıtlanması bu kapsamda işlenir.
- KVKK Madde 5/2(ç) — Hukuki yükümlülük: KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki başvurularınızın sonuçlandırılması bu kapsamdadır.
- KVKK Madde 5/1 — Açık rıza: Varsayılan olarak kapalı olan ve yalnızca sizin açmanızla çalışan özellikler (isteğe bağlı iCloud eşitlemesi, arka plan konumuna dayalı özellikler) bu kapsamda işlenir; ilgili ayarı kapattığınızda işleme sona erer.
- KVKK Madde 6 — Özel nitelikli kişisel veri (sağlık): Sağlık verisi yalnızca açık rızanızla ve yalnızca cihazınızda okunur; izninizi cihaz ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz.
5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması
Bize kendiniz e-posta göndermediğiniz sürece adınız, e-postanız, telefonunuz veya bir kullanıcı hesabı toplanmaz.
Favoriler, rotalar, ziyaret geçmişi, gezi günlüğü ve arama geçmişi gibi kayıtlarınız cihazınızın yerel depolama alanında saklanır. İsteğe bağlı iCloud eşitlemesini açarsanız bunlardan yalnızca favori, ziyaret ve koleksiyon kayıtları ayrıca kendi özel iCloud hesabınızda tutulur; gezi günlüğü, rotalar, arama geçmişi ve çevrimdışı paketler eşitlenmez. Bu kayıtların hiçbiri sunucularımıza gönderilmez.
Üçüncü taraflara iletilen veriler:
- İçerik ve harita hizmetleri (ansiklopedik bilgi, görseller, harita, yol tarifi, coğrafi arama): yer adı/sayfa kimliği, dil seçimi ve koordinat; yakındaki yerleri ararken ve aktif rota navigasyonunda bu koordinat bulunduğunuz konum, yol tarifinde ise rotanızdaki durakların konumu olabilir. Tabela taramasında “İlgili yeri aç”ı seçerseniz tanınan metinden en fazla 5 özel ad arama sorgusu olarak gönderilir.
- Abonelik altyapısı (ABD): uygulama her açıldığında ve yeniden öne geldiğinde, satın alma yapmamış olsanız da; bu kurulum için rastgele oluşturulan kullanıcı kimliği, Apple'ın aynı geliştiricinin uygulamaları için cihazınıza atadığı tanımlayıcı (reklam kimliği değildir), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, dil tercihi, App Store ülkesi ve izleme izni durumu değeri; satın alma veya geri yükleme yaptığınızda Apple tarafından imzalanmış satın alma kaydınız. Bu bilgiler adınızı içermez, ancak takma adlı kişisel veridir. Hizmet sağlayıcı bu bilgilerden abonelik ve satın alma istatistiklerini bize toplu olarak sunar.
- Web sitemiz: uygulama her açılışta desteklenen en düşük sürümü öğrenmek için web sitemizden küçük bir dosya ister; bu istekte kayıtlarınız gönderilmez; cihazınızın dil tercihi ve uygulamanın adını belirten, tüm kullanıcılarda aynı olan sabit bir tanıtım bilgisi web sitemizin barındırma hizmetine ulaşır.
- Destek e-postaları: bize yazdığınız e-postalar, e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımız aracılığıyla yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir.
- Başka bir harita/navigasyon uygulamasında açma (isteğinizle): varış ve durak koordinatları ile bazı seçeneklerde bulunduğunuz konum, seçtiğiniz uygulamaya veya web sitesine aktarılır.
- Bu bağlantıların hepsinde, her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi IP adresiniz ilgili hizmete ulaşır. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın adlarını ve gizlilik politikalarını, KVKK m. 11/1-(ç) kapsamında contact@lesmazer.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz.
Aktif rota navigasyonu sırasında kilit ekranında ve ekranın üst kısmındaki etkinlik alanında gösterilen güncellemeler tamamen cihaz üzerinde üretilir; bunun için cihazınıza bildirim gönderilmesini sağlayan hiçbir adres bilgisi dışarı iletilmez. İsteğe bağlı iCloud eşitlemesini açtığınızda, değişikliklerin diğer cihazlarınıza ulaşması için işletim sistemi Apple'ın bildirim hizmetine bir sessiz bildirim kaydı yapar; bu kayıt geliştiriciye iletilmez.
Yurt dışı veri aktarımı (KVKK md. 9):
Yukarıda sayılan hizmet sağlayıcılar yurt dışında yerleşiktir (abonelik altyapısı ABD'de). Destek e-postaları dışında aktarılan bilgiler adınızı veya e-postanızı içermez; ancak IP adresi, koordinat ve cihaz tanımlayıcısı nedeniyle kişisel veri sayılır ve yalnızca bu metinde yazılan amaçlarla aktarılır. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın adlarını ve gizlilik politikalarını contact@lesmazer.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz.
6. Veri Güvenliği Tedbirleri (KVKK md. 12)
KVKK'nın 12. maddesi gereğince, kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak için aşağıdaki teknik ve idari tedbirler alınmıştır:
Teknik Tedbirler:
- Şifreleme: Hassas veriler (koordinatlar, arama geçmişi) endüstri standardı şifreleme ile korunur
- Veri Bütünlüğü Doğrulaması: Şifrelenmiş verilerin değiştirilmediği otomatik olarak doğrulanır
- Güvenli Anahtar Depolama: Şifreleme anahtarı cihazınızın güvenli anahtar deposunda saklanır. Apple Hesabınızda parolaların ve anahtarların cihazlar arasında eşitlenmesi açıksa anahtar, aynı Apple Hesabına bağlı diğer cihazlarınıza Apple tarafından uçtan uca şifrelenerek eşitlenir; ayrıca şifreli cihaz yedeklerine de dahil olur. Bu sayede yedekten geri yüklenen kayıtlarınız yeni cihazınızda da okunabilir. Anahtara tarafımızca erişilemez.
- Güvenli Bağlantı: Tüm ağ iletişimi şifreli kanallar üzerinden gerçekleştirilir
- Sınırlı Hata Kaydı: Teknik kayıtlara favori, not veya konum yazılmaz (zaman aşımına uğrayan aramalarda yalnızca aranan il/ilçe adı yazılır); uygulama bu kayıtları hiçbir yere göndermez
- Giriş Doğrulaması: Dışarıdan gelen verilerde boyut sınırı, koordinat doğrulaması ve güvenlik kontrolü uygulanır
İdari Tedbirler:
- Cihazınızdaki kayıtlara (favoriler, ziyaretler, rotalar, gezi günlüğü) yalnızca siz erişirsiniz; geliştiricinin bunlara erişimi yoktur
- Geliştirici yalnızca abonelik altyapısının sunduğu takma adlı abonelik kayıtlarını ve toplu istatistikleri ile kendisine gönderilen destek yazışmalarını görebilir
- Gizlilik politikası ve KVKK aydınlatma metni açıkça yayınlanmıştır
- Kullanıcıya veri silme, dışa aktarma ve depolama dökümü araçları sunulmaktadır

Önbellekteki süresi dolmuş kayıtlar bir daha kullanılmaz ve üzerine yazılana ya da Tüm verileri sil ile silinene kadar cihazda kalır; arama geçmişi ve yedek kopyalar yukarıdaki sınırlarla otomatik olarak budanır. 8. İlgili Kişinin Hakları (KVKK md. 11)

9. Başvuru Yöntemi
KVKK kapsamındaki haklarınızı kullanmak için aşağıdaki yöntemlerle başvurabilirsiniz:
- E-posta ile: contact@lesmazer.com adresine, kimliğinizi doğrulayıcı bilgiler ve talebinizi içeren bir e-posta göndererek
- Uygulama içinden: Ayarlar → Veri yönetimi ekranındaki araçları (Tüm verileri sil, Verileri dışa aktar, Önbelleği temizle) kullanarak
Başvurunuzda aşağıdaki bilgilerin bulunması gerekmektedir:
- Ad, soyad
- İletişim bilgileri (e-posta adresi)
- Talep konusu (hangi hakkınızı kullanmak istediğiniz)
- Abonelik altyapısındaki kaydınızla ilgili taleplerde, Apple'ın satın alma sonrası gönderdiği makbuzdaki sipariş numarası (Order ID)
Başvurunuz, niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılacaktır. İşlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir.

11. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na Başvuru
KVKK'nın 14. maddesi uyarınca, veri sorumlusuna başvurunuzun reddedilmesi, verilen cevabın yetersiz bulunması veya süresinde cevap verilmemesi halinde, cevabı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün ve her halde başvuru tarihinden itibaren 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikayette bulunabilirsiniz.

2. Personal Data Processed
The categories of personal data processed in connection with our app are listed below. Most of the records in the table are stored only on your device and are not kept on our servers; where subscription information, connection information and support correspondence are kept is stated in their own rows. If you turn on the optional iCloud sync (off by default), only favorite, visit and collection records are synced to your own private iCloud account; the developer cannot access this data. The travel journal (notes, ratings and photos), routes, search history and offline packages are not synced to iCloud. (For data passed to third parties, see Section 5.)

Apart from health data, no special-category personal data (KVKK Art. 6) is processed. Health data is read only on the device, is not persisted and is never sent to any server.

Collection method: Your records (favorites, visits, routes, travel journal, search history) are created on your device by automated means, from what you enter while using the app and through the device permissions you grant (location, camera, microphone, health, calendar). Content, map, version-check and subscription requests are sent by the app to the relevant services by automated electronic means. Support correspondence is collected electronically through the emails you send us.
4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- KVKK Art. 5/2(c) — Necessary for the formation or performance of a contract: This covers carrying out the app's core functions (location-based discovery, creating and following routes, saving favorites, search, adding to the calendar, sign scanning, voice search), showing subscription options and providing the subscription you buy.
- KVKK Art. 5/2(f) — Legitimate interest: Verifying and restoring purchases, viewing aggregated subscription and purchase statistics, checking the minimum supported version and answering support requests are processed on this basis.
- KVKK Art. 5/2(ç) — Legal obligation: This covers concluding your applications under KVKK Art. 11.
- KVKK Art. 5/1 — Explicit consent: Features that are off by default and work only when you turn them on (optional iCloud sync, features based on background location) are processed on this basis; processing stops when you turn the related setting off.
- KVKK Art. 6 — Special-category personal data (health): Health data is read only with your explicit consent and only on your device; you can withdraw the permission at any time in your device settings.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Unless you email us yourself, your name, email, phone number or a user account are not collected.
Your records such as favorites, routes, visit history, travel journal and search history are stored in your device's local storage. If you turn on the optional iCloud sync, only favorite, visit and collection records are additionally kept in your own private iCloud account; the travel journal, routes, search history and offline packages are not synced. None of these records is sent to our servers.
Data passed to third parties:
- Content and map services (encyclopedic information, images, maps, directions, geo search): place name/page ID, language choice and coordinates; when you look for nearby places and during active route navigation these coordinates may be your current location, and for directions they may be the locations of your route's stops. If you choose “Open related place” in sign scanning, up to 5 proper names from the recognized text are sent as search queries.
- Subscription infrastructure (USA): each time the app opens and returns to the foreground, even if you have not made a purchase: a user ID randomly generated for this installation, the identifier Apple assigns to your device for apps from the same developer (not the advertising identifier), device model, operating-system and app version, language preference, App Store country and a tracking-permission status value; when you make or restore a purchase, your purchase record signed by Apple. This information does not include your name, but it is pseudonymous personal data. The provider gives us aggregated subscription and purchase statistics from this information.
- Our website: at each launch the app requests a small file from our website to learn the minimum supported version; no records of yours are sent in this request; your device's language preference and a fixed label naming the app, which is the same for all users, reach our website's hosting service.
- Support emails: emails you send us may be processed on servers outside Türkiye through our email service provider.
- Opening in another map/navigation app (at your request): the destination and stop coordinates and, for some options, your current location are passed to the app or website you choose.
- In all of these connections, as with any internet connection, your IP address reaches the relevant service. You can request our providers' names and privacy policies under KVKK Art. 11/1-(ç) at contact@lesmazer.com.
Updates shown on the Lock Screen and in the activity area at the top of the screen during active route navigation are generated entirely on the device; no address used to deliver notifications to your device is sent out for them. When you turn on optional iCloud sync, the operating system makes a silent-notification registration with Apple's notification service so changes reach your other devices; this registration never reaches the developer.
Transfer abroad (KVKK Art. 9):
The service providers listed above are based outside Türkiye (the subscription infrastructure in the USA). Apart from support emails, the information transferred does not include your name or email address; however, because of the IP address, coordinates and device identifier, it counts as personal data and is transferred only for the purposes stated in this notice. You can request our providers' names and privacy policies at contact@lesmazer.com.
6. Data Security Measures (KVKK Art. 12)
Under Article 12 of the KVKK, the following technical and administrative measures have been taken to keep your personal data secure:
Technical Measures:
- Encryption: Sensitive data (coordinates, search history) is protected with industry-standard encryption
- Data Integrity Verification: Encrypted data is automatically verified to ensure it has not been altered
- Secure Key Storage: The encryption key is stored in your device's secure key store. If syncing passwords and keys across devices is on for your Apple Account, Apple syncs the key, end-to-end encrypted, to your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account; it is also included in encrypted device backups. This lets records restored from a backup stay readable on a new device. We cannot access the key.
- Secure Connection: All network communication is conducted over encrypted channels
- Minimal Error Logging: No favorites, notes or locations are written to the technical records (for a search that times out, only the searched province/district name is written); the app never sends these records anywhere
- Input Validation: Size limits, coordinate validation and security checks are applied to data coming from outside
Administrative Measures:
- Only you can access the records on your device (favorites, visits, routes, travel journal); the developer has no access to them
- The developer can see only the pseudonymous subscription records and aggregated statistics provided by the subscription infrastructure, and the support correspondence sent to the developer
- The privacy policy and the KVKK notice are published openly
- Tools for deleting data, exporting data and viewing the storage breakdown are provided to the user

Expired cache entries are never used again and stay on the device until they are overwritten or deleted with Delete all data; search history and backup copies are trimmed automatically to the limits above. You can permanently delete all data on your device at any time with Settings → Data Management → Delete all data.

9. How to Apply
To exercise your rights under the KVKK, you can apply as follows:
- By email: by sending an email to contact@lesmazer.com with information verifying your identity and your request
- In the app: by using the tools on the Settings → Data Management screen (Delete all data, Export data, Clear cache)
Your application must include the following information:
- Name, surname
- Contact details (email address)
- Subject of the request (which right you want to exercise)
- For requests about your record at the subscription infrastructure, the Order ID on the receipt Apple sends after a purchase
Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible according to its nature and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

11. Applying to the Personal Data Protection Authority
Under Article 14 of the KVKK, if your application to the data controller is rejected, the answer is found insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the answer and in any case within 60 days of the application date.
